1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the AG Cloud Communications website and the purchase of products and services provided by AG Cloud Communications (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing our website, placing an order, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
AG Cloud Communications is a communications technology provider based in Ireland. Our registered business address is available upon request.
2. Use of This Website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

3. Services
AG Cloud Communications provides the following services:
- SIP Trunking – Connection of your telephone system to the public switched telephone network (PSTN) via an internet-based SIP connection
- Cloud PBX – A fully hosted, cloud-based telephone exchange system managing inbound and outbound calls, extensions, and call routing
- On-Site IP Phone Systems – Supply and installation of IP telephony hardware and systems at your business premises
All services are subject to a separate service agreement or proposal document agreed between AG Cloud Communications and the client prior to commencement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and a signed service agreement, the service agreement shall take precedence.
Managed and hosted services (SIP Trunking and Cloud PBX) are provided subject to minimum contract terms as specified in the relevant service agreement. Early termination may be subject to a cancellation fee.
4. Online Product Purchases
AG Cloud Communications sells IP telephony hardware and related products through this website. The following terms apply to all online purchases:
4.1 Orders
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. An order is confirmed only upon receipt of a written or electronic order confirmation from us.
4.2 Pricing
All prices displayed on the website are in Euro (€) and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. VAT will be applied at the applicable rate at checkout. We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
4.3 Payment
Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept payment by the methods listed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely.
4.4 Delivery
We will endeavour to dispatch orders within the timeframe indicated on the product listing. Delivery timescales are estimates only and we accept no liability for delays caused by third-party carriers or circumstances beyond our control. Risk in the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery.
4.5 Returns and Refunds
Products may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in a resaleable condition. To initiate a return, please contact us at enquires@agcomms.ie Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the returned goods being received and inspected.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under Irish and EU consumer protection legislation.
4.6 Faulty or Damaged Goods
If a product arrives faulty or damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
5. Quotations and Pricing (Services)
All service quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Quoted prices are exclusive of VAT. We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time prior to acceptance of a formal quotation.
6. Payment Terms (Services)
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Invoices are due for payment within 30 days of the invoice date
- Late payments may incur interest in accordance with applicable Irish legislation on late commercial payments
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services where payment remains outstanding beyond agreed terms
7. Service Availability
We endeavour to maintain continuity of hosted and managed services at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and shall not be liable for outages or degradation caused by:
- Third-party network or infrastructure failures
- Scheduled maintenance (of which reasonable notice will be given where possible)
- Events outside our reasonable control
Service Level Agreements (SLAs), where applicable, will be detailed in the relevant service agreement.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of AG Cloud Communications or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any content from this site without prior written permission.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed in the course of a business relationship and not to disclose such information to third parties without prior written consent, except where required by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AG Cloud Communications shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from use of this website or our services
- Loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunity
- Any interruption or unavailability of services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Our total liability in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by negligence.
